Part 1

Programming language, statistical analysis and mathematical calculation ability are more important, while multilingual ability and marketing strategy are less important. I think I am difficult for programming because I get a low mark in some computer science course. And my math calculation ability is not extraordinary, I am a little bit struggled in Linear Algebra. By solving these problems, I put many efforts on these courses to overcome the problems. For me, multilingual ability is the easiest one since I am a Chinese, so I can speak Mandarin fluently, also, I can speak English. And the motivation for me to improve my skill is my goal.

No, my goal is still looking for an internship during the second year of university.

What elements of your goal will be improved by adapting your new job search knowledge and strategies?

For, it’s easier for to improve my resume and cover letter during the job search period after this Cop-b course.

Where can I focus my efforts to take the first steps towards achieving this goal? When am I going to take this step?

I will put my effort on improving my CGPA in the university as well as expand my human resource in the school.

What obstacles exist that might hold me back from achieving this goal? What proactive steps will I take to minimize the impact of these obstacles?

Since the courses in University are quite difficult, my CGPA is not very high(3.0-3.3). And minimize the impact of my grade, I can take some social activity and work experience to improve my competitiveness.
