Part 1

Why did you choose to pursue Arts & Science Coop at UTSC?

A: I want to get an internship during the university time , so I join the coop program and hope to learn some working skills.

What do you hope to accomplish and what are your goals for Co-op?

My goal is to learn what I should do during the job search period and how I can find a suitable job.

SMART

S：Learn what I should do during the job search period and develop the presentation skill that is necessary in the job search.

M:  The grade I get in this coop course and the feedback from my professor. 

A:  During the coop course, the teacher will teach me What I should do during the each step of job search period. And since this course has many resources, I can read the book and texts to improve the skills that I should be trained in. Doing diifferent assignments of this course can also imporve my presentation skill that is neccesary in the job search period.

R: What I learn in this course fulfill my future goal since I need to find a job in the future. So the skills I learn in this course will be helpful.

Part 2 

My best  5 technical skills are programming language, statistical anlysis, multilingual ability, marketing strategy and mathematical calculation ability. For programming language, I learned many programming languages including Python, C, R language. I can use these languages to write some simple programs. For statistical anlysis, I learned many courses which are related to the statistics, and now I am studying statistics in the university. For multilingual ability, I can speak Enlish and Chinese fluently. For marketing strategy, I used to attend several business matches and got some rewards. So I consider myself as an expert in the marketing field. Also, I read many books of economic field.  For mathematical calculation ability, I study a lot on math and learned calculus in the high school. So I am confident about my mathematical ability.

My best 5 interpersonal skills are communication skill, collaboration skill, organization skill, Honesty,and desire to learn. For communication skill, I am a person who is willing to listen to others' opinion and express my opinion. And I attend many speech to improve my communication skill. For collaboration and organization skill, I used to attend HMUN(model UN) and some business matches, in these matches, I acted as a group leader and successfully work with the people I don't know. For Honesty, I am a person who is very honest to my friend. For desire to learn, I am a student who study very hard and want to learn something new.
