Renewal

Each year, clubs must renew their recognition with U of T to be considered recognized by the school. The good news: the renewal process is quite easy! The less good news: the renewal process will take time, especially during peak periods of the year. The renewal period opens on March 15 and closes on July 31 each year. We highly recommend that clubs submit their renewal applications as close to beginning of the renewal period as possible to avoid any disruptions from losing recognition. While the renewal period closes on July 31, if you submit close to this date it could effect your club's ability to operate in September as we may still be processing applications from the renewal period as clubs are returning to campus for the Fall semester. Your best bet to have your club access smoothly transitioned each year is to submit in mid-late March.
