Welcome to this Introduction to R short course!

This course is broken down into multiple sequential modules that consist of videos, activity and quizzes. It will take approximately 2 hours to watch the videos.

The following topics are covered:

  • Data Types and Data Structures
  • Importing and Exporting data
  • Exploring Data
  • Graphs
  • Creating Variables
  • Managing Data
  • Tidyverse
  • R Markdown

You will need to install both R and RStudio on your computer to use R in RStudio.

Get started by self-enrolling with your UTORid here. Note that if you do not enroll in this course, you will not be able to access the all of the modules. Enrolling also allows you to access the activity and quizzes and to keep track of your progress.
