What Will You Learn?
In this module, you will explore the allied skills of flexibility, problem solving, and critical thinking for workplace project management. These skills will allow you to engage with projects that are underway and to systematically approach change, issues, and complexity with confidence.
After you have reviewed this lesson, you will complete a quiz to test your knowledge of the concepts. As you explore the resources, continue thinking about your SI Challenge and work on your module deliverable, "Your SI Challenge Project Management Plan - Starter Kit" assignment.
