Scenario 3 - Mr. Marin is receiving homecare

Mr. Marin is a 65-year old client who lives alone in a basement apartment in downtown Toronto. He lost his wife to cancer 10 years ago, but is often visited by his daughter who works nearby. Mr. Marin has been receiving homecare following a stroke with left-sided hemiparesis and urinary incontinence. He was diagnosed with Type II diabetes 15 years ago, his blood sugar has been poorly controlled over the last 6 months despite recent changes to his medications.
