Module 1 Outcomes and Activities

Welcome to Module 1!  This is a chance to get to know the course, instructors and each other and to start thinking about what Engineering Leadership is. The pre-work this week is lighter than usual, as is the homework.

Learning Outcomes:

• Use course frameworks to identify and describe their personal values, strengths, characteristics and preferences 
• Observe, reflect and experiment with the leadership values and behaviours of themselves and others
