Describe the experience of selecting your 3 core values and sharing them in the class.  Did any of your values shift from when you did this exercise pre-class, through the journalling exercise or breakout discussions?

Analyse your experience using the VBA (Values, Beliefs, Actions) model: did you come to understand one of your values more deeply?

Evaluate why this value is important to you, and to leadership in general? How will you use it to make your leadership effective?
