The Overcoming Stress, Fatigue and Anxiety videos will provide information and support in mental health situations during your undergraduate experience. In the first video, you will gain an understanding of your health and well-being as a student. The next video will share information and strategies for overcoming your mental distress. Understanding Your Health & Well-being This video will provide the opportunity to gain an understanding of your health and well-being by developing a perspective that situations of mental distress are part of the student experience and resilience can be achieved with support across campus. You will learn about the influences of your mental health and well-being so that you can gain an awareness of your health and well-being and establish a healthy lifestyle which will be explained in the next video. A tip-sheet can be found below that offers tools in your awareness and management of your health and goals. |

Managing Your Health, Well-being and Goals Obtain information and strategies for balancing your holistic health and goals. This video will offer strategies for managing the different aspects of your health and your goals in your undergraduate experience.
